Membership in the European Union and NATO represents the strategic aim of Montenegro. In the forthcoming period major attention in Montenegrin foreign policy will be devoted to this process, both internationally and internally. The Sector for EU and NATO deals with the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Montenegro through the work of two Directorates: Directorate for European Union and the Directorate for NATO.
