The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the SEECP Member States will gather for their annual informal meeting on 28 January 2011 in Budva on topic: "Common goals through regional cooperation". The Meeting will be hosted by H.E. Mr. Milan Rocen and welcome remarks will be given by Prime Minister of Montenegro Mr. Igor Lukšić. Detailed information are available in Delegate Handbook .
