Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Milan Roćen met today with the delegation of the Republic of Slovenia, headed by Alenka Suhodolnih, Head of the Bureau for International Development and Humanitarian Aid in Slovenian MFA, in preparation for the upcoming first session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Implementation of the Regional Development Agreement between Montenegro and Slovenia, signed by the ministers of foreign affairs of the two countries in February 2008.

Roćen and Suhodolnik jointly stated that cooperation under this Agreement gave an impetus  to excellent bilateral relations between Montenegro and Slovenia, and contributed to the implementation of Government’s chief priorities, especially regional development, as well as to its efforts for achieving strategic foreign-policy goals.

The first session of the Intergovernmental Committee will take place in first half of December.
