Milan Roćen and Chem Widhya signed today a Protocol on Establishing Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and Montenegro

Milan Roćen, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro and Chem Widhya, special advisor to the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Ambassador to Germany signed today a Protocol on Establishing Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and Montenegro.

Minister Roćen and Ambassador Widhya expressed satisfaction over the signing of the Protocol and said the establishment of diplomatic relations opened a new chapter in the relations of the two countries, and set conditions for future, mutually beneficial cooperation.

They also exchanged views on current developments in the two countries.

Ambassador Widhya conveyed to Minister Roćen an invitation from Hora Namhong, Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, to visit Cambodia at his earliest convenience.
