Permanent Representatives of Montenegro and Honduras to the UN in New Yourk, Ambassadors Miloradćepanović and Mary Elizabeth Flores Flake have signed today the Protocol on the Establishment of Diplonatic Relations at the ambassadorial level between the two countries. In the conversation of the two Permanent Representatives mutual interests have been pointed out for the enhancement of cooperation at the multilateral and bilateral levels.
