Permanent representatives of Montenegro and Botswana to the United Nations in New York, Ambassadors Milorad Šćepanović and Charles Thembani Ntwaagae signed on July, 15, 2010 the Protocol on the Establishment of Diplonatic Relations at the ambassadorial level between the two countries. They agreed that this Agreement contributes to further deepening of friendly relations and cooperation at bilateral and multilateral level.
