Ministry of Foreign Affairs, supported by the Capacity Development Programme (CDP), UNDP and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, organises the III Summer School for Young Diplomats 'Gavro Vuković' from 6th to 9th July, 2010 in Berane, under the topic 'Regional cooperation as the factor of stability and development.'

International school for young diplomats will be formally opened by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Milan Roćen, Permanent Representative of the UNDP, Alexsander Avanessov, Deputy General Director of the MFA of Norway, Nils Ragnar Kamsvåg, and the Mayor of Berane, Vuka Golubović.

The Summer School will be opened on July 6th 2010 in the Memorial House of the Duke Gavro Vuković, at 9 am.
