Permanent representatives of Montenegro and the Republic of Kenya to the United Nations in New York, Ambassadors Milorad Scepanovic and Macharia Kamau signed the Protocol on Establishment of Diplomatic Relations at the ambassadorial level between the two countries on 6 October. They agreed that the signing of the Protocol is an important step for further enhancement of good relations of the two countries, especially under the UN framework. The Kenyan side expressed its interest for Montenegro's experiences in the field of Energy.
