Minister of Foreign Affairs Milan Roćen will speak at the solemn (official) academy for the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Montenegro and the USA, which will be held on June 24, 2010 at 10AM at the Rector’s Conference Hall.
