Minister of Foreign Affairs Milan Roćen will depart tomorrow to Luxembourg, where he will preside over the constitutive meeting of the Stabilisation and Association Council between Montenegro and the EU, together with the Secretary of State for the European Union of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain, Diego López Garrido. European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policy, Štefan Füle will attend the meeting.

The constitutive meeting of the Council for Stabilisation and Association is being held in compliance with the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, which entered into force on May 01, 2010. The Council is the key body for political dialogue and monitoring of the execution of Montenegro's treaty obligations towards the EU.
