Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Milan Roćen received Economic Delegation of Republic of Slovenia, headed by the Director of "Program Turizam Unior d. d." Damjan Pintar.

In a very fruitful conversation modes and possibilities for co-operation between Government of Montenegro and Unior were discussed; especially valorization of the tourist potentials of Durmitor and Žabljak in which Slovenian economists expressed great interest. Minister Roćen stated that this co-operation, having in sight great potential of Durmitor and Žabljak , will contribute largely to the development of Montenegrin North, which is one of Government's priorities...

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro was informed via Agreements Office of the Council of the European Union that Poland, Sweden, and Spain ratified Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) that Montenegro signed with the European Union on October 15. 2007.

Thus far 19 member-states of the European Union have ratified this Agreement.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Milan Roćen received today, March 24, 2009, new Chief of Mission of International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Montenegro, Ms. Elizabeth Tsakiri, who submited her introductory letter.

Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Vesko Garčević attends regular ministerial meeting of the Baltic Charter and the Adriatic Charter in Riga, Latvia on March 23 and 24. The meeting comprises Foreign Ministers of the Baltic and Adriatic charters member-countries – Estonia, Latvia, Litvania, Albania, Bosnia and Hezegovina, Croatia, and Macedonia, and representatives of the USA.
