I would like to greet you on behalf of Montenegro and thank our hosts for the excellent organization of the event. A special thanks goes to Lithuania and Minister Ažubalis for the constructive leadership of the Organization during the Chairmanship in a year burdened with various challenges.

Our common goal is to modernize the work of the Organization, so as to adapt to the new circumstances. In this context, we need to further strengthen the OSCE mechanisms, especially in the conflict cycle.

I would like to warmly greet you on behalf of Montenegro. I would like to thank my friend Minister Haxhinasto for the invitation and congratulate our Albanian hosts on the excellent organization of the meeting.

I would like to greet you all on behalf of Montenegro. I am sure that we are all happy to be here in Belgrade again after a year and a half and to have this opportunity today, together with our international partners, to send a message of hope for more certain future of refugees and displaced persons.

Welcome to Montenegro. It is a pleasure to greet you here in Budva, the tourist capital of Montenegro.

I would particularly like to greet the representative of the OSCE Chairman in Office Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Asta Skaisgiryte Liauskiene, the OSCE Secretary-General Mr. Lamberto Zannier, President of the Parliamentary Assembly Mr. Petros Efthymiou, Head of the OSCE Task Force, Representative of the Chairmanship of the Mediterranean Contact Group Ambassador Frank Cogan, the Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro Ambassador Sarunas Adomavicius, as well as the representatives of other international and regional organizations and initiatives.
