Montenegro sees EU as the best framework for further implementation of overall reforms, adaptation to the European standards and their adoption, as well as improvement of bilateral relations with the Union member countries. In compliance with this, in Montenegro there is a wide consensus on the need for integration into EU, which gives an additional impuls for an accellarated progress towards that aim. The speed of our EU integration progress will depend on the dynamics of economic, political, judiciary, security and overall reforms, i.e. on the velocity and degree to which the society on the whole will be engaged and reformed.
